What to do when you need to cancel or amend your booking?

All cancellations must be sent and confirmed by dushiviews.cw@gmail.com

You can cancel the tour/photoshoot (with a full refund minus $25 administration and transaction fee per person ) up to 24 hours prior to the tour/ photoshoot.

Less than 24 hours cancellation is minus $50

15 Minutes Late, you will get 20 minutes of the tour /photoshoot.

30 Minutes Late, your tour / photoshoot will be cancelled. NO REFUND

NO SHOW = NO REFUND!

In case of bad weather, a refund will be sent minus $50 fee per person

These regulations are applicable for individual, group, and private tour / photoshoot bookings.
